We do not offer refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged. All returns must be sent back within 7 days from the date of delivery of an item.
*Please note that the 7 day time-frame starts when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order is arriving in multiple shipment, you may have different return windows.
To qualify for a return/exchange, items must be unused and unopened.
All manuals, freebies, and accessories must be returned with the product
Towels, bonnets, and brushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
An item must be defected in order to be eligible for a return. Defects include broken seals or damaged bottles such that it may have resulted in contamination. Otherwise, all sales are final.
We do not replace items in case of an ingredient not agreeable to the customer. All ingredients are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them before purchasing.
We do not return items if the customer has changed their mind or does not want the product anymore.
Original shipping charges are not refunded when returning items.
Final sale items are not returnable.

After the return/exchange form is filled, customer will be contacted for details.
If approved, customer sends the item back within the given time period. We do not pick up items. They must be returned via courier.
A proof of purchase (order # or receipt) is required to complete the refund process.
